The event log shows what happened in your business: new conversations, requests for a team member, new, changed and cancelled bookings, support requests, and who did it: an AI employee, your team or the business assistant. The log helps you quickly check what has been done and move the data into a spreadsheet for a report.
Where to find it
Open “Modules” in the top menu, connect the “Integrations” module if it is off, click “Open integrations” on its card and open the “Event log” tab. The log is kept even while the module is off.
How to view events
- In the “Event type” field, choose the type you need, for example “New booking”, “Booking changed” or “New conversation”. To see everything, leave “All events”.
- In the “Period” field, choose “Last 7 days”, “Last 30 days” or “All time”.
The list updates as soon as you change a filter. Scroll down to load more events.
On a phone, events appear as compact cards with a description, who acted and the time.
By default, the log shows events for the last 30 days. The table has four columns:
- “Event” — what happened;
- “What's Saved” — a booking, conversation or other object, and a short description;
- “Done by” — the AI employee’s name; for actions of your team or the business assistant it says “Team or business assistant”, for system events “System”;
- “Time” — when it happened.
If nothing happened in the selected period, you will see the message “There are no events for the selected period”.
How to export the log
- Choose the event type and period.
- Click “Export CSV” or “Export JSON”.
- The file is saved to your computer.
The export includes events with the same filters as on the screen.
Which format to choose:
- CSV — a regular table. You can open it in Excel or upload it to Google Sheets via “File” → “Import”. The file has the columns “Event type”, “Object”, “Description”, “Done by” and “Time”.
- JSON — a format for passing data to other programs. It is useful if your developer or accounting system processes the export.
If all the data ended up in one column in Excel, open the file through the “Data” tab using import from a text or CSV file, and choose comma as the separator. Times in the file are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), not in the business time zone.
Good to know
- All members of the business can view the log.
- Only the Owner can export the log. Other members do not see the export buttons.
- The log includes events from every channel and every source: AI employees, your team in the calendar and the business assistant. Test chats and blocked customers do not appear. Entries from earlier versions, such as “New lead”, stay in the log.
- On screen, events load in batches of 50 as you scroll. Exports include up to 500 recent events matching your filters; narrow the period or type if needed.
